I had an issue with my garage door late Friday and Mr. Frasier came over early Saturday assess the issue and told me the spring had broken on old garage door.The home builder installed a Wayne Dalton internal spring (cheap). First, let me say Thank You Centanio for your honesty and integrity. Centanio was called to our home because the chain broke on the garage door. Once arrived, he adviced us that it would be best to replace the garage door itself due to the age of the garage door. He recommended Chamberlain and we purchased. As he began to replace the the garage door, he advised me that my spring rod was not the right size. He took the time to show me the metrics and color coding of the size we should have on the garage door. That spring rod was almost 2yrs old. I had a 218 on it and it should have been 234. I needed two garage doors and two openers installed. The garage had not been framed out for door installations so some extra work was involved. Mr Frazier came to my home and provided me with a reasonable quote and upon acceptance he arrived at my home with tools, supplies and doors. Centanio came out at 7 pm at night to fix the motor on my garage door. He was professional and polite. He honored the verbal quote he gave without trying to upcharge me once he got on site and saw the job. He didn't attempt to sell me other "repairs needed". He explained why my motor failed (poor initial installation) and when I asked him to tune it up he honestly told me that the whole assembly including the rod, brackets, springs and doors would have to be taken apart and put back together.
